How to make payment ?
Made of Lace provide PayPal checkout at this moment , and it is the best and safest online payment gateway that facilitates online merchants or e-commerce merchants' online store to process online transactions in Ringgit Malaysia currency ( MYR ) in large extent and securely.You will only see the payment page after clicked ‘Check Out’ button.
Do you have any option other than PayPal?

Can i exchange or refund the item that i bought?

How much is your delivery fee?
Made of Lace provides FREE SHIPPING (within Malaysia) if you spend RM 200 and above in a single receipt.
Shipping fee calculation is as below :
West Malaysia - RM 10 for Poslaju courier service for purchase below RM200.
East Malaysia - RM15 for Poslaju courier service for purchase below RM200.
When will I receive my purchase?
Made of Lace aims to deliver within the time agreed upon when you checkout.
Under normal circumstance, you will be able to receive your purchase within 1-3 working days. Once your order is confirmed , you'll receive a shipping confirmation email from the warehouse with a tracking link for your parcel so you can follow its journey.
Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it. Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, dependent on size and weight.
However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. Our aim is to have your items shipped out from our warehouse as fast as possible except for some circumstances where unfortunately it is beyond our control for example courier service delays, emergency, or items out of stock.
