Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy: Due to hygiene reasons, lingerie itend are not eligible for return or exchange.

-Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team+60138883631 with your order details. Once your request is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to return your item(s).

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item due to the purchase of wrong size, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct exchanges.
